I would like to present you the new recipe that Arakan hot rice vermicelli. There is one of
the traditional meal of Arakan race in Burma. And there is really delicious, healthy, easy and nice harmony for cool weather.
Ingredients: ( for 3 persons )
. rice vermicelli 450 gm
. long sliver fish 400 gm
. shrimp paste 250 gm
. salt 1 tsp
. galangal 40 gm
. garlic 6 cloves
. black pepper just litter
. fish sauce 6 tsp
. green chilies 6
. tamarind 40 gm
. coriander leaves
. cooking oil 5 tbsp
How to cook:
. Scale and remove the inside of the fish, cut off the head and clean well. Cut into 3 pieces and toss with shrimp paste ( 150 gm ), salt and keep. And put the tossed fish into the pot. And pour the water ( 1200 cc ) and boil over medium heat until done well.
. After boiled the fish, remove the bone and drain. And
return to put the fish meat (2/3 ) into the boiling pot. Add the crashed galanga, crashed garlic ( 3 cloves ), pepper and salt, continue cooking well until fragrant.
. Dry fry the remaining fish meat (1/3 ) with cooking oil ( 2 tbsp ) and coriander leaves, over low heat and stir well to breaking fish meat into small pieces until done.
. Fry the chopped garlic ( 3 cloves ) with cooking oil (3 tbsp ) and a litter turmeric power over low heat until golden and fragrant.
. Put the tamarind into the boiled water ( 200cc ), mix well .
. Simmer the shrimp paste with water ( 200cc ) and
2 chopper chilies over low heat until it is slightly thick.
. Mix the 4 chopped chilies with boiled fish soup to make the chilies taste.
Arrange 1:
Put the vermicelli, fried garlic with oil, dry fried fish meat, shrimp paste sauce, tamarind sauce and chopped chilies into the bowl and toss lightly well. And transfer to serving dish, sprinkle coriander leaves on
top and serve with hot fish soup immediately.
Arrange 2:
Vermicelli put onto a serving dish. Add fried fish meat, shrimp paste sauce, tamarind sauce and chopped chilies. And spoon the fish soup over and sprinkle coriander leaves on top and stir lightly to combine.Best when served hot.
Season to taste with fish sauce as your like.
