Arakan Hot Rice Vermicelli

Hi   dear everyone!
I would like to present you the new recipe that Arakan hot rice vermicelli. There is one of
the traditional meal of Arakan race in Burma. And there is really delicious, healthy, easy and nice harmony for cool weather.

Ingredients: ( for 3 persons )
. rice vermicelli          450 gm
. long sliver fish          400 gm
. shrimp paste             250 gm
. salt                            1 tsp
. galangal                   40 gm
. garlic                         6 cloves
. black pepper              just litter
. fish sauce                   6  tsp
. green chilies                6
. tamarind                    40 gm
. coriander leaves
. cooking oil                  5 tbsp

How to cook:
. Scale and remove the inside of the fish, cut off the head and clean well. Cut into 3 pieces and toss with shrimp paste ( 150 gm ), salt and keep. And put the tossed fish into the pot. And pour the water ( 1200 cc ) and boil over medium heat until done well.
. After boiled the fish, remove the bone and drain. And

return to put the fish meat (2/3 ) into the boiling pot. Add the crashed galanga, crashed garlic ( 3 cloves ), pepper and salt, continue cooking well until fragrant.
. Dry fry the remaining fish meat (1/3 ) with cooking oil ( 2 tbsp ) and coriander leaves, over low heat and stir well to breaking fish meat into small pieces until done.
. Fry the chopped garlic ( 3 cloves ) with cooking oil (3 tbsp ) and a litter turmeric power over low heat until golden and fragrant.
. Put the tamarind into the boiled water ( 200cc ), mix well .
. Simmer the shrimp paste with water ( 200cc ) and
2 chopper chilies over low heat until it is slightly thick.
. Mix the 4 chopped chilies with boiled fish soup to make the chilies taste.

Arrange 1:
Put the vermicelli, fried garlic with oil, dry fried fish meat, shrimp paste sauce, tamarind sauce and chopped chilies into the bowl and toss lightly well. And transfer to serving dish, sprinkle coriander leaves on
top and serve with hot fish soup immediately.
Arrange 2:
Vermicelli put onto a serving dish. Add fried fish meat, shrimp paste sauce, tamarind sauce and chopped chilies. And spoon the fish soup over and sprinkle coriander leaves on top and stir lightly to combine.Best when served hot.
Season to taste with fish sauce as your like.

Family Home Dinner























Hi dear everyone !
First, I want to apologize for my absence to post my new recipe that it has been too long since the beginning in 2013.
I appreciate for your warm friendship, support and love.
And then, I want to say Thanks Millions.
This time I would like to share my home dinner which there are coconut rice, chicken curry, white radish salad and soup.
But,I had posted  the chicken curry recipe on March, 2011 and white radish salad recipe on September, 2010.
So, this month I present the two new recipes for you guys.



Coconut rice
. 4 cups    rice
. 425 ml    coconut milk can
. 100 gm    onion
. 1 tbsp    sugar
. 1/2 tsp   salt
. 1 tbsp     salad oil
. 550 ml    water
. Wash and drain the rice, and then put into the rice cooker.
. Add the coconut milk, sugar, salad oil and salt mix well and start to switch on.
. Put the onion into the rice cooker when boiling. After cooked, stir well again and leave 20 min, best to serve.













Bean and Mung bean noddle soup ( for 3 persons )
. 50gm   ( yellow lentil ) bean
. 30gm   mung bean noddle
. 1tbsp   salad oil
. 1tsp     chopped gingar
. 1tsp     chopped garlic
. 1tsp     salt
. a little  tumeric powder
. wash and drain the bean, put in the pot. And then pour the 700cc water and cook over medium heat until done and tender.
. soak the bean noddle in the water about 20 min, drain and cut into 6 cm.
. add the salt, cook again and done well.
. the chopped garlic and ginger in oil over low heat, add tumeric power and fry until golden and fragrant.
. finally, pour the friend garlic, oil and noddle into the soup pot, leave a little and then remove from the heat, serve hot.

Pudding

Happy New Year Everyone, here is the new year present for all ! ! !



This time I would like to share the homemade dessert there is simple and healthy and also perfect for your lunch, dinner or home party.
This recipe give your family some extra love.
Special thanks to my beloved son Leo.
Ingredients for 5 persons
1. egg                1
2. yolk-egg         2
3. salt               1/3  tsp
4. sugar             5    tbsp
5. vanilla            1/4  tsp
6. milk               400cc
How to make:
. Break all the eggs and beat well in the bowl and mix salt, sugar and vanilla until dissolved well.
. Heat the milk before the milk is boiling and remove from the heat.
. Pour the heated milk to mixed eggs bowl and stir slowly and well.
. Then, pour to the pudding pots and cover with aluminium foil.
. Boil the pudding pots ( water level is 1/3 pots ) about 15 minutes until the surface is soft.
. Transfer to cool, keep in the refrigerator and ready to serve with caramel sauce or fresh milk on the top.
Have a good meal!!!!

Spicy Tomato Salad



This time I would like to introduce the spicy tomato salad that is very easy and really harmony with hot and wild summer.
Ingredients: ( for 3 person )
. 2 fresh tomato
. 3 tbsp sliced onion
. 1 tbsp coriander
. 1 tbsp crushed dried pawn
. lettuce
Dressing:
. 2 chopped hot chills.
. 1/2 tsp pure garlic paste.
. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
. 1 and 1/2 tbsp salad oil.
How To Make It:
1. Make the spicy dressing by mixing well all ingredients together.
2. Cut the tomato into 1/2 cm thick.
3. Slice the onion and keep in the cold water about 10 mins and then drain.
4. Crush the dried prawn by mixture to obtain nearly powder.
5. Put the cut tomato, sliced onion and crushed dried pawn into the bowl. Pour the spicy dressing over and toss lightly to mix well. And then change to place on a bed of lettuce plate, garnish with coriander  and ready to serve.
