Family Home Dinner























Hi dear everyone !
First, I want to apologize for my absence to post my new recipe that it has been too long since the beginning in 2013.
I appreciate for your warm friendship, support and love.
And then, I want to say Thanks Millions.
This time I would like to share my home dinner which there are coconut rice, chicken curry, white radish salad and soup.
But,I had posted  the chicken curry recipe on March, 2011 and white radish salad recipe on September, 2010.
So, this month I present the two new recipes for you guys.



Coconut rice
. 4 cups    rice
. 425 ml    coconut milk can
. 100 gm    onion
. 1 tbsp    sugar
. 1/2 tsp   salt
. 1 tbsp     salad oil
. 550 ml    water
. Wash and drain the rice, and then put into the rice cooker.
. Add the coconut milk, sugar, salad oil and salt mix well and start to switch on.
. Put the onion into the rice cooker when boiling. After cooked, stir well again and leave 20 min, best to serve.













Bean and Mung bean noddle soup ( for 3 persons )
. 50gm   ( yellow lentil ) bean
. 30gm   mung bean noddle
. 1tbsp   salad oil
. 1tsp     chopped gingar
. 1tsp     chopped garlic
. 1tsp     salt
. a little  tumeric powder
. wash and drain the bean, put in the pot. And then pour the 700cc water and cook over medium heat until done and tender.
. soak the bean noddle in the water about 20 min, drain and cut into 6 cm.
. add the salt, cook again and done well.
. the chopped garlic and ginger in oil over low heat, add tumeric power and fry until golden and fragrant.
. finally, pour the friend garlic, oil and noddle into the soup pot, leave a little and then remove from the heat, serve hot.
