The Shan Traditional Hot Noodle



North east land in Burma there live Shan race who love the one of the traditional food that is The Shan Traditional Hot Noodle. Both taste and flavoring are really popular for all around the people in Burma. So, I would like to share and present this recipe to you. You are particular pleased to serve this noodle an unusual taste.

Ingredients:   ( 4 person )

1. Vietnam rice stick   1      pack
2. Crushed pork          350 gms
3. Salad oil                 3    table spoon
4. Crushed onion          100 gm            
5. Crushed garlic          1    tea spoon
6. Crushed peanut        1    table spoon
7. Crushed ginger         1/2  tea spoon        
8. Slice tomato             200  gm    
9. Green onion              a little          
10. Slat                        2     tea spoon
11. Takana pickled         150  gm
12. Sesame                  1    table spoon

How to make it:


1. Put the dried noodle into the cold water bowl about 2 hours and then drain and keep that is enough for good taste. And mix the crushed  pork with salt. Prepare to crush peanuts, onion, garlic and ginger. Slice tomato and cut the green onion for suitable size.










2. Pour the salad oil into the heated fry pan till 1 or 2 mins. Add the onion, garlic, ginger to fry  until little brown. And then add with red pepper powder to keep until flavoring. And then put the pork and fish sauce smoothly and stir with wooden spoon.









3. Softly put the prepared noodle apart into the boiling water about 1 or 2 mins. And then drain and remove to the plate. Add cooked pork, fried chill , Takana pickles and other ingredients. Mix evenly with seasonings as according to your like.

The Burmese Traditional Water Festival



     The month of April is HAPPY NEW YEAR of my beloved country, Burma. The New Year Festival, The Water Festival, Thingyan Festival in Burmese is very famous for all around my country and others. Both adults, children and so many tourists enjoy in the joyous celebrations at The Water Festival every year.
   
     The New Year flower that is Padout in Burmese is in bloom with sweet aroma and like golden blossom in  this season. And Thingyan fashion, music, entertainment events, meals and dessert are really difference for other festivals  in Burma. All of Burmese people have ever been so happy and deeply emotion for this festival over again and again. And Water Festival means to pouring water on each other was meant to wash off the misdeeds or what they had done in the past and hope for peace and saved living.
   
     Now a day, all of people around the world are so many problems to face everyday. So, all of people who have suffered and continue to suffer the effect of the troubles.They are stolen and destroyed their human living by terrorist activities, civil wars and disasters.
   
     My hopes are that all of people start the healing process and recover their life since in 2011 with the amazing Thingyan water that I really believe and respect of the world.

" Don`t Give Up Nippon "



Today there is actually one month from the massive earthquake and deadly tsunami. And that it destroyed for all of people living. My heart is shock and broken together with you all and I feel no need tears and sorrow for you all. Because I am very fond of Japan and Japanese people.
But I watch today TV news that some of destructions and new preparations are already finished by high speed. I feel so pleased and highly appreciate for your technology and manpower management. Another best one, there is strong love each people inside their heart. So there are great ways to get care enough for life growing. Tsunami destroyed for only material but not for their spirits. I really believe that the great samurai spirits are never die.
We all are ones and we all are standing with together. We all are brothers and sisters. And we could  reveal the dreams for the joyful faces again. And the creative world will shine again for all.

One Of My Beloved Teachers




Everybody have a lot of teachers in their life and I`m also too. But some are always in my heart and he is also one of my beloved ones. He is a pretty nice teacher.
At first, my son Leo, he had been going to study in Japanese at Support 21( Ngo ) every Saturday. So I`m always pick him up that is a change of my world. I have never known computer before not to meet the Support 21.I never forget and always thanks in my heart for Support 21 and him.
I started to learn computer about one year now. I satisfied by myself to take my study between short time period. He always teach me easy to understand and remember for all. And then he introduce me an advance computer course. This is a great opportunity for me to learn about that. I highly appreciate and proud of that he is my teacher.

The Burmese Style Chicken Curry

Hi  everybody!!

This month I would like to introduce The Burmese Style Chicken Curry that is one of the main cuisine for Burmese Serving Party. You can add more healthy chicken recipe to your repertoire.


Ingredients:
1. Chicken                  300 gm
2. Salad Oil                 4    table spoon
3. Crushed Onion         150 gm
4. Crushed Garlic         1/2 tea spoon
5. Crushed Ginger         1/4 tea spoon
6. Red Pepper Powder   1/2 tea spoon
7. Fish Sauce               3    table spoon
8. Salt                         1/2 tea spoon
9. Turmeric Powder        a littler
8. Garam Masala            1/2 tea spoon
9. Potato                      2  pieces



How to make it:

                                    
1. Cut the chicken and potatoes in suitable size and mix the fish sauce 1 spoon and salt in the bowl.  And then prepare to crush the onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Pour the salad oil into the heated fry pan till 1 or 2 mins. Add the onion, garlic, ginger to fry  until little brown. And then add with turmeric powder and red pepper powder to keep until flavoring. And then put the chicken, potatoes and fish sauce smoothly and stir with wooden spoon.

3. Add 300 cc. cold water, smoothly stir with wooden spoon again, then cook over middle heat for 20 mins until well done. Mix evenly with seasoning as according to your like.

4. This Chicken Curry is together with boiled rice or palartha   in nice harmony. I really believe that you will satisfy to cook and serve in deed.

Pe Pyot ( part two )


Pe Pyot is one of the traditional food in Burma. There is the most popular breakfast for Burmese people who love and crazy that is simple taste and flavor.This time I would like to introduce you some of recipe of Pe Pyot. I believe you are easy and enjoy to serve every morning indeed.    

Recipe 1 ( Paratha & Pe pyot )


1.One side of Paratha ( 1 piece ) put on preheated pan and pan-fry for 1.1/2 min.
  Press gently and turn is over. Pan-fry for 1.1/2 min again, until for golden blown.
  Both of sides are ready, remove the Paratha from the pan.
2.Pe Pyot ( 200 ) gm, salad oil 3/4  table spoon and salt 1/2 tea spoon are softly
  mixed together.
3. Ready to serve, after step 1& 2 are already finished.

Recipe 2 ( Mixed boiled rice with Pe Pyot )


1. Boiled rice 200 gm put into the bowl.
2. Add with salad oil 1 table spoon, salt 1/2 tea spoon and Pe Pyot 100 gm softly
   mixed together.
3. Remove to plate and ready to serve.
