Angel who is strength, shine and dream was greatly appreciated.

Potato Cake ( Arloo Sa Nwin Ma Kin )

This time I would like to share a new recipe that is one of the Burmese desserts which is simple and fast but very delicious, nice harmony with plain tea or Japanese tea, Oocha.

Ingredients:
1. mashed Potato Powder       200 gm   
2. Wheat Flour                      100 gm
3. Sugar                              300 gm
4. Milk                                 250 cc
5. Eggs                                   5
6. Salt                                    1 tsp
7. Butter                             200 gm
8. Coconut Milk                        1 tin
9. An Baking Pan ( 25cm x 20cm x 4 cm )    

How To Make It:
1. Break all the eggs into the bowl to beat until thoroughly mixed.
2. Add potato powder, wheat flour, coconut milk, sugar and salt altogether to stir absolutely mixed, place over low heat. And then add butter to stir well again until become to thicken.
3. At last, add the well mixed eggs to thoroughly stir again and remove from the heat.
4. Transfer to the baking pan evenly which is spread butter, and sprinkle the poppy seeds ( white ) over the surface.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree C for 15 minutes. And then change the oven temperature at 170 degree C to bake 10 minutes again. When the surface is golden brown to remove from the oven and keep to cool. And then, cut into the suitable size or diamond pieces, ready to serve.

Salmon And Tomato Curry

Hi dear everybody !!
I haven`t see you for a long time.
I`m so sorry to be absent to post for my new blog. I always appreciate for your kindness and recommendation guys especially Miki.
This time, I would like to give you simple Burmese cuisine. I hope you will satisfy to enjoy it.

  

Ingredients:
1. Salmon Slice            3 pieces
2. Tomato                   100 gm
3. Onion                      150 gm
4. Garlic chopped          1 tsp
5. Ginger chopped         1/2 tsp
6. Fish Sauce               2 tbsp
7. Salt                        1/2 tsp
8. Turmeric Powder       1/4 tsp
9. Crushed Chill Pepper  1 tsp
10. Salad Oil                 4 tbsp
11. Boiled Water            80 cc
12. Coriander               for garnish

How To Cook:
1. Clean the salmon slice and cut into 3 inches pieces and toss lightly with fish sauce and turmeric powder and keep to leave about 10 minutes.
2. Pound the garlic and ginger. And add the onion and crushed chill pepper together well to make curry paste.
3. Put the already made curry paste to preheated salad oil pan and fry to cook well until fragrant.
4. And then put pickled salmon pieces to fry and toss lightly. Continue cooking well until fragrant again with over medium heat.

5. And then put the tomato and fry to toss again. And pour the boiled water and seasoning to cook well everything about 6 minutes.
6. At last put the coriander on top , cover and turn off the heat.
Really harmony with steamed rice.

Angels Christmas

Year of 2011`s Christmas or last Christmas was a touch and had already gone for everyone all around the world. But my heart is just still beating with the amazing lively Christmas Songs. So,last Christmas is really different from ever that there are smiles, laughing and music like play the angels. So, I would like to say that Last Christmas like Angels Christmas.

The wonderful and greatest , and also my beloved teacher Kamimori and my beloved Angels Guitar Club`s members came to join in the joyous celebrations at my Christmas party with well- loved music. The last Christmas had more significance than ever.
I had never been so happy. Thank you and I love you so much guys.

  Burmese cuisine by my home cooking. That night, when they saw the King of fruits or Dorian, somebody were surprise, somebody were never a touch, somebody tried to eat and somebody were completely satisfied at once. All are memories of my heart.

Hiking Festival

 Hi......everybody !!
Long time no see.
I`m so sorry to be absent to present every month new blog for last month, November. Because I`m very busy with my personal.
This time I would like to share my amazing feeling that Mt. Takao hiking course with Support`s members and me for you all guys.
November 27th, sunny morning Support 21`s members and me had participated the Mt. Takao hiking trip. Before I have never hiking experiences. But I had started to challenge from 2 months ago. Now I  love and crazy for this amazing feeling.
On that morning, the Sun was shining and brightly through the trees. There was a large crowd such as from kids to adults had held the Mt.Takao hiking rout like parade through the shopping streets. The souvenir shops and traditional Japanese foods shops were warm welcomed to all of people. I had got not only amazing seasonal view of forest but also visiting of Pagoda Festival. Everybody were lively, noisy, enjoy and fun including me.
I had got another chance that is spectacular view of Mt. Fuji like same eyes level. So, I could enjoy a refreshing power in this course.
I could sense that the aroma of forest and got well power spirits like never give up that care enough for the living from this trip.

Angel Guitar Club, Music And Me

• I actually like and love music especially I`m crazy of guitar. Unfortunately, I have never been to learn before. Now I have received to get this chance from Angel Guitar Club which organized by (NGO) of Support 21. You know, my dreams come true. Isn`t it ?
• Musician, Singer, Songwriter and Guitarist Kamimori Tetsuya who is teacher of Angel Guitar Club and also he is my teacher. If you want to know more about him, you can visit to his blog http://blog.livedoor.jp/mistermonsieursan/
• He is ever with smiling face and amazing voice. And he always puts on the lovely hat. He is really really innocence. And then he is pretty nice to teach of guitar lessons. I`m proud of him who is my teacher, I`m proud of Angel Guitar Club and I`m proud of by myself. I do my best to play the guitar.  
• In curry period, other guitar`s members and me are very busy for our show to play one of the amazing song that is ' u e o mu i te a ru koo ' on November 12th, at No.1public assembly hall of Osaki. You will   bring your friends and family to join our event such as entertainment, stories, discussions and students`s announcement of Support 21.
• And then, I always respect for Support 21, wonderful and greatest teacher Kamimori and all of members of Guitar club. Lost of love from my heart.
