Stir-Fried Kushinsai




Everyone has well known the Stir- Fried Kushinsai by one of the great and delicious side-dish meals and also a popular appetizer. There is very good smell of fried garlic and crispy leaves tasting but also easy to cook in minutes.    


Ingredients:

1. Kushinsai       1  bunch
2. Garlic            2  piece
3. Dried shrimp   15 piece
4. Fish sauce      just little



            How To Cook:






1. Pour salad oil into the frying pan to keep until heat. And then put salt that the leaves are still green to serve.            

2. Put the garlic to fry flavoring.

                                    
3. And then put the leaves and dried shrimp to fry by deep heat.

4. Lightly fried and already tasted well enough to remove the plate ready to serve.
